Device List

Before You Start

  1. On each device, enable More → Remote Access in the XXTouch app.
  2. Make sure the devices and the control center are on the same LAN, and that the control center machine allows the default HTTP port 46990 and the UDP discovery port through the firewall.
  3. If the control center runs behind Docker or a reverse proxy, confirm that devices can still reach it correctly.

Discovering and Importing Devices

  • Broadcast scan: Scan and Refresh uses UDP broadcast to find devices on the current LAN and works well in most LAN environments.
  • Import device list: the import panel can scan a subnet or IP range online, and it also accepts a single IP address.
  • Bulk paste from clipboard: if you already have a list of IPs, you can paste them directly into the import panel.
  • Retry failed devices: failed imports can be retried from the same panel, or you can copy the failed-device list for later troubleshooting.
  • Switch subnets: you can switch to another subnet and continue scanning without reopening the import panel.
  • Import groups: devices imported in the current batch can be placed automatically into an Imported Devices Group for easier maintenance.

Selecting Devices

  • Click a device row or checkbox to select it.
  • Select one device, then hold Shift and click another row to select the full range between them.
  • Selecting a group changes the current operation scope, but it does not automatically check every device row. If you want to run an action on all devices, you still need to select them in the device list.

Columns and Logs

  • Use the header settings menu to choose which columns are visible and adjust their widths to suit your workflow.
  • Log #1 to Log #6 can each have a custom alias, so you can rename them to match your workflow.
  • You can open log history from the device context menu or from remote control panels.
  • Log history supports image thumbnails. Click a thumbnail to preview the original image or open it in the Color Picker. When exporting logs with images, you can choose plain text only or a zip file containing the original images.

Common Context Menu Actions

  • Add selected devices to a group
  • Batch rename devices or delete device records
  • Browse device files
  • Open single-device remote control
  • Capture a screenshot and open it directly in Sample Workbench
  • Add currently selected devices to the batch remote control panel when it is already open
