Other Batch Operations

Most of these actions are available from More Actions on the action bar. They apply to the currently selected devices, and selected groups also contribute devices to the operation scope.

Batch Rename​

  1. Select devices in the device list.
  2. Right-click and choose Batch Rename...
  3. Enter the new naming pattern and confirm.

Authorization Check​

  • More Actions also includes an authorization check action.
  • The result is written back to the device status area.

Lock or Unlock Screens​

  • Use More Actions → Lock Screen or More Actions → Unlock Screen.
  • This is useful before or after running scripts on many devices.

Set Screen Brightness​

  • Open More Actions → Set Screen Brightness.
  • Set the brightness in the dialog and confirm.

Set Volume​

  • Open More Actions → Set Volume.
  • Set the volume in the dialog and confirm.

Batch Screenshots​

  • Use More Actions → Batch Screenshot.
  • Captured screenshots can then be saved and opened from other parts of the app.

Pause or Resume Scripts​

  • Use More Actions → Pause Script or More Actions → Resume Script.
  • This is useful when combined with remote control, authorization jobs, or script troubleshooting.

Respring SpringBoard​

  • Use More Actions → Respring SpringBoard.
  • Confirm the dialog to restart SpringBoard on the selected devices.

Reboot Devices​

  • Use More Actions → Reboot Device.
  • Some environments also allow a hard reboot option.
